Cancellation & Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for bookings at Pan Pacific Dapoli.
7 days or more before check-in: no cancellation charge. 3 to 6 days before check-in: 50% of the booking amount may be charged. Within 48 hours of check-in, or no-show: 100% of the booking amount may be charged. Separate cancellation terms may apply during peak season, long weekends and special occasions.
Refunds, wherever applicable, are processed as per the resort’s refund policy, to the original payment method.
